Ferromagnetic powders for chisel brakes and muff
JSC "Poltavhim" offers
ferromagnetic powders for chisel brakes and muff.
Wearproof powder for mobile magnetic conductor
The basic characteristics
Powder PGA-1 is intended for use as mobile magnetic conductor in chisel brakes. Represents a powder of the spherical form with an iron basis and a superficial environment on the basis of firm solution À1 in Ðå.
Properties of a powder:
-
the Powder has high corrosion resistance that interferes with its sintering and balling while in service.
-
High resistance of the given powder to oxidation (quadruple under the relation to earlierproducted PGR-1) provides long serviceability of a powder in the most difficult climatic conditions.
-
Powder PGA-1 possesses high wear resistance and resistance to abrasion.
Chemical compound of a basis - meets to mark PGR-1. In condition of free
pouring 3,8 g/sm3 , the content of aluminium in a protective environment up to 12 %, color-
dark gray, at operation changes a little.
Microhardness bases - 50 kg/mm2, that provides not less, than 4 increase of wear resistance of a powder.
Fractional structure: type 1: fractions 160-315 microns not less than 80 %,
type 2: Fractions 160-400 microns not less than 90 %.
Estimation of operational properties of powder PGA-1 in structure of brake.
In the table the basic characteristics of brake with powders PGA-1 and PGR-1 are resulted at weight of a powder of 25 kg: (in kgs*m) and the maximal brake moment at weight of 22 kg.

Characteristics of a brake at use of powder PGA - 1 are less sensitive to decrease in weight of a powder while in service, rather than at use PGR-1.
Operational time: guaranteed physical durability of 1200 hours at 25 % of drilling, 10 % lowering.
Packing: tight containers in weight of 10 kg (net).
