Polythene ÐÅ-500-(average molecular weight 500000 g/mol). In this mark rigidity, shock-absorbered ability, durability to deterioration and abrasion is combined, but welded badly. It is used in food (meat and fish) industries, it is suitable for every possible mechanical, chemical, electric processes.
Polythene ÐÅ -1000 - average molecular weight 4500000 g/mol. The best combination of properties among all marks of polythene of ultrahigh density. At excellent wearability there is high shock durability even at temperatures lower -200°Ñ. It is applied in designs of general purpose, containered and packing machines, the chemical industry and galvanic coverings, cryogenic techniques, the textile industry and containers for friable materials.

Properties of polythene:

extremely high impact strength and due to this, very high serviceability;

very much high qualities of sliding, very small deterioration;

very high resistance to influence of chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, aggressive gases;

high resistance to formation of cracks, very good noise insulation;
-
a wide spectrum of applications owing to temperature stability in a range from -200 °C up to +90 °C.
Use of polythene in industry
Owing to high molecular weight PE-500, PE-1000 can be applied there where low-molecular polyethylene do not meet the requirements. Besides the combination of properties allows to relate it to a class of technical plastic and opens to it wide use:
-
mechanical engineering (the elements of construction wich subject to abrasion, for example, running skating rolls, the cogwheels, directing circuits, basic cartridges, tension circuits);

the chemical industry (blade pumps, cranes, gates, facing silo);
-
mining and coal benefication (facing of transport trenches, slopes, cars, bunkers).
Polythene PE-300, is offered as alternative to high-molecular marks. All mechanical characteristics considerably concede to marks PE-500 and PE-1000, but chemical resistance is same to high-molecular marks and thus this mark is cheaper almost twice.
The coloring can be anyone, standard color is grey / black. It is delivered by standard sheets 1500ìì x 3000ìì, the greatest possible sizes 2000ìì x 4000ìì. We render services on welding sheets at fettling galvanic baths, pools, at manufacturing capacities.
